AED 25 — delivered within 2 days.
Same-day delivery available in select Dubai areas for orders placed before 12 PM.
No deliveries on Sundays.

Exchanges 

We get it — sometimes you’d rather swap than return. If you’d like to exchange your racket for a different color or if it arrived damaged, just DM us at raketi.co or email us at playraketi@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• If the item is defective or we made a mistake, we’ll cover the shipping both ways.

• If you’re exchanging for another color or style, shipping costs will be yours, and we’ll send the new one once we receive your original racket.

We’ll do our best to make the process smooth and quick — all exchanged items must be unused and in their original packaging.
