Refund policy

 We want you to love your racket! If for any reason you change your mind, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Rackets must be unused and in their original condition.

  • We can’t accept refunds on rackets that have been played with, for everyone’s safety and quality assurance.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or faulty).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and simple instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized rackets

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at playraketi@gmail.com.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need a few extra days to process and post the refund to your account.
